Schedule FA for any foreign broker

For brokers we have no CSV parser for — Ally Invest, Vanguard, Robinhood, Firstrade, Tastytrade, Zacks, local European and Asian brokers, anything else. Enter what you held and what you traded below, or upload any statement, trade confirmation, spreadsheet or screenshot and let AI fill the rows in for you to check.

Scope: shares and ETFs in a self-directed account, held or traded in your own name, in any currency SBI publishes a TTBR for (USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, AED, JPY and a dozen more) — each row converts at its own currency's rate. For a foreign-listed holding, use the ticker as Yahoo Finance spells it (SAP.DE, ULVR.L) so we can price it. Options and futures go in their own section below, disclosed under Table D. Employer stock plans have their own pages (Shareworks, UBS) — and if your broker is Fidelity, Schwab, E*TRADE, Morgan Stanley or Interactive Brokers, upload their CSV instead of typing anything.

Prefill from your file (optional)

Whatever your broker gave you: an account statement or trade confirmation (PDF), a positions or transactions export (CSV or .xlsx), or a screenshot of any of those (PNG/JPG). Upload up to 6 at once — every row comes back editable, so check each one against your own document before continuing.

Account details
As printed on your statement — this goes on Schedule FA Table A2 as the institution holding your account.
Your holdings

One row per purchase lot, with what you originally paid. Leave this empty if the trades below cover every share you've ever bought in this account.

Trades

Every buy and sell, one row each, in any order. Sales are matched to your purchases oldest-first (FIFO) to work out cost basis and capital gains. Amount is the total for that row — the net amount if your document prints one, otherwise the principal.

Options & futures (optional — Schedule FA Table D)

One row per contract. Table D asks only what you put in and what came out — no peak or closing value, which is why an expired contract is reportable at all. Enter a loss as a negative income.

Check with your CA before filing these. For a resident, futures and options are often treated as a non-speculative business rather than as capital assets, which puts the gain or loss in ITR-3 — not in Schedule CG of the ITR-2 this tool generates. Disclosing the contract in Table D is separate from deciding where its result is taxed; you'll pick that on the next page.
Dividends (optional)

One row per credit, gross of any tax withheld. Only know the annual total for a stock? Enter a single row dated Dec 31 — it converts at the Dec-31 SBI TTBR rate.

NRA tax withholding (optional — foreign tax withheld against a dividend)

One row per "Foreign Tax Withheld" / "NRA Withholding" line — usually dated the same day as a dividend credit. Used for Schedule FSI / Form 67 foreign tax credit; not required to file, but you'll otherwise under-claim the credit you're owed.
